We will be changing practice to 6:30am at Saugus. Please be prepared for the carwash afterward at 9:00am.
Fleet Feet will be at practice Friday selling racing flats. Bring money and/ or a parent and get yourself a new pair for the upcoming season. I highly recommend but they are not mandatory.

We had a solid Beast outing this morning with 45-athletes making it to the top. The highlights included Nick Serrano and Blake Gallardo both breaking 40:00 and five Varsity girls breaking 50:00. Beast All-Time list here.
