You cannot get better at distance running unless you're running. It's a very simple sport. Each day is an opportunity for you to get better. Miss a day of running, and you can't get that chance to better yourself back.
Coach Paragas has attached his training log the past two weeks. In that time he has run 20-times for a total of 100-miles. All you're being asked to do right now, is run 6-times per week for 2-4 miles per run. You can do that! Change who you are. Be the best version of yourself. Get out there and run!
