- CIF Training group: By invitation only. Training for CIF. You will get an individual schedule.
- Competitive Training group: This group is by choice. You will continue to train for time trials, track tryouts and post-season meets (Footlocker, Jeff Nelson).
- Non-Training group: This is everyone else that's not training competitively for the remainder of the season. You are REQUIRED to dress and run 1-mile Monday-Friday for your grade in the Cross-Country class. No exceptions. If you're injured, you will walk a mile a day.
IMPORTANT: There is a mandatory track meeting this Thursday 11/7 in the S-Lecture Hall at lunch. You must be there if you plan on running track.
