There are just 3-weeks left before our first track race on Saturday 3/22. We continue to build toward being ready for that date this week with one track workout and hill repeats. We are also scheduled to run the Ben's Ten Run Against Hunger this Saturday. All athletes are asked to bring one canned good for the Saturday 5-mile time trial to be donated to the food pantry.

3/3 Monday: Saugus 2:20pm - Track workout (1000s)
3/4 Tuesday: Saugus 2:20pm - LSD
3/5 Wednesday: Saugus 6:00am or 2:35pm - Recovery
3/6 Thursday: Saugus 2:20pm - Hills
3/7 Friday: Saugus 2:20pm - Easy
3/8 Saturday: Lowes 6:30am - Ben's Ten Run Against Hunger
